Well, here we are, a proper site, on a proper domain, with some rather odd looking style. I’m sure my artistic director will sort all that out, and if he doesn’t then I’ll fire him and hire another artistic director. Despite this small niggle, it’s here, my blog is finally in a place where it can look the way it should and smells quite nice as well.
I know the last couple of months have been very silent from me, and for that I am truly sorry, but with a new site, and a lack of xanga domain, something which in itself is a big turnoff, I’m sure the content and the visitors will just flood here. There isn’t much yet, but keep a watch here, because very soon, lots of things will start happening and you’ll pretty much have to read this 26.4 hours a day and 7.7 days a week (including GST), how I’m going to write it all, I’m not sure, but somehow, it will happen.
So far about 10 entries from the old site have been added. More subsections are still desperately needed, but I’ll organise that once I’ve actually gone over all my stuff and then get rid of the dreaded uncategorized label..
Hmm… it’s unfortunate that this software has such horrible URIs by default (with all that question-marking and such) but my attempts to rectify this situation earlier resulted in the site believing that no-one was authorised to view it, and no amount of sweet-talking by myself would convince it otherwise.
Hmm… when I roll out the new MA, I will have to go back through every one of my posts and categorise them, replace the BBcode with something different, and generally reformat them. Hopefully some carefully written scripts will alleviate some of the pain and boredom… something I bet you wish you had.

Well, I don’t mind so long as the database can be remodelled, but unfortunately there’s no easy way to extract the content from xanga without doing it manually, so about 20 more entries, and I’ll be done..thank goodness!
