All of this could well be changing. I don&#039;t know about your neck of the woods, but where I am there is a growing shoft towards shifting software development overseas. Now that&#039;s not to say that the software development will be better or more efficient, but it certainly will be cheaper. Be intgeresting to see whether the local software industry takes a tougher line on the quality of people that they employ.
